That's right! Is HUMONGOUSER a word? Apprantely, to Maci it is! This is what she said when she ate a Purple Hull Pea. We received Purple Hull Peas in our CSA basket this week. We all had a family project and hulled the peas for cooking later. Although, Maci decided to try it raw and really liked them. Then, she ate 5 of them! She said, "MMMM, tastes like a snap pea. . .only HUMONGOUSER!"
So what are we going to do with our new found Purple Hull Peas? Make a pea casserole!
