Question number 4 asks to reflect on my readings of T&L pp. 88-89. Here it is.
I was struck with the Pilgrims integrity to God's Word. Because of this, they repayed debt over 20 years, when they had opportunities to escape it. What honor to the principles set out in God's Word. Character - true character - can only come about from God's Word, as He is the Author of it. We have His Spirit, His Nature in us. When we apply Godly principle we will live harmoniously with our God and man. What a backdrop for a conscience full of peace - absent from strife - from adhering to Biblical principles.
